Vacuum System                                                             

Vacuum pump         Liquid ring vacuum pump, driven from the PTO on the gearbox. Engage and disengage from drivers cab.

Air flow rate             2000m³/h

Power requirement   55kW

Rotate speed           Max 1175r/min

Pump cooling          Cooling Water tank in stainless steel 1,500L, mounted just behind the drivers cab

Pump protection     1)stainless steel ball valve in the tanker;2)filter;3)auto vacuum check valve.

Suction hose          20m length, ID 6rubber hose

Suction boom         Swivel in both the vertical and horizontal plane. The range in horizontal plane will be at least 110°in either direction and the range of swivel in the vertical plane will be such that the depth of insertion of the vacuum hose into the manhole can be varied by about 1m.
